This Privacy Policy explains how NorthStar Technology Services LLC ("NorthStar," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information submitted through this website, woundiq.ai.

This policy governs the marketing website only — principally the demo request form. Use of the WoundIQ clinical application itself is governed by the separate WoundIQ Privacy & Usage Statement, which is provided to licensed facilities and incorporated into your facility's service agreement. Where the two documents overlap, the Privacy & Usage Statement controls for application data.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to responding to your enquiry and delivering the WoundIQ service.

Information you provide directly

When you complete the demo request form on this website, we collect the following. Fields marked required must be supplied in order to submit the form:

• Work email address (required) — used to respond to your request.
• First and last name (required) — used to address our response.
• Job title (required) — used to tailor the demonstration to your role.
• Company or organization name (required) — used to identify the facility making the enquiry.
• Phone number (optional) — used only if you would prefer we call.
• Care setting (required) — used to understand your clinical environment.
• Solutions of interest (required) — used to scope the demonstration.
• Comments and how you heard about us (optional) — free text you choose to provide.

Please do not submit Protected Health Information (PHI), patient identifiers, or any clinical data through this form. The demo request form is a commercial enquiry channel and is not an appropriate or secure destination for patient information.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data — your browser type, operating system, and IP address are processed transiently by our hosting provider in order to serve the page and to protect against abuse. We do not store this data in our own systems or use it to build a profile of you.
• Submission timestamp — recorded alongside your form submission so we can respond promptly and evidence when consent was given.

This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. See Cookies & Tracking below.

Information submitted through this website is used exclusively to:

• Respond to your demo request and schedule a walkthrough of the platform.
• Answer questions you raise and provide information about WoundIQ that you have asked for.
• Maintain a record of enquiries so that our team can follow up and avoid contacting you twice about the same request.
• Meet applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

No advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not use your data for third-party advertising, do not share it with data brokers, and do not link it with data collected from other apps or websites for tracking purposes.

By submitting the demo request form, you consent to our collecting and processing the information described above for the purposes stated. Submitting the form is voluntary — you may instead contact us directly at sales@woundiq.ai or by telephone.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing sales@woundiq.ai. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal, and we may retain a minimal record where required to meet a legal obligation.

Demo request submissions are stored in Microsoft Azure infrastructure located in the United States, and a notification containing your submission is emailed to the WoundIQ team through Azure Communication Services. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

If you are contacting us from outside the United States, be aware that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from that of your jurisdiction.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances below:

• Service providers — we use trusted third-party providers, principally Microsoft Azure for hosting, storage, and email delivery. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may use your information only to perform services on our behalf.
• Legal obligations — we may disclose information when required by law, court order, subpoena, or governmental authority, or where necessary to protect the rights and safety of users or the public.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer to the successor entity under the same privacy commitments set out in this policy.

This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, advertising, or profiling. We do not deploy third-party analytics tags, advertising pixels, or social media trackers, and there is therefore no cookie consent banner because there are no non-essential cookies to consent to.

If we introduce analytics in future, this policy will be updated and, where the law requires it, consent will be requested before any non-essential cookie is set.

Demo request submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a record of our commercial correspondence — ordinarily 24 months from the date of submission — after which they are securely deleted, unless a longer period is required by law or you have become a customer, in which case retention is governed by your facility's service agreement.

You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing sales@woundiq.ai.

Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable law, you may have the following rights in respect of your personal information:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.
• Restriction — request that we limit how your data is processed in certain circumstances.
• Portability — where applicable, receive your data in a structured, readable format.
• Opt out — ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email sales@woundiq.ai. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

This website does not collect PHI. The WoundIQ clinical application, by contrast, handles Protected Health Information as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the HITECH Act, and applicable state privacy laws.

In respect of the application, NorthStar Technology Services LLC operates as a Business Associate to the healthcare facilities using the platform, and our U.S.-based facility customers are required to execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us. All PHI is strictly scoped to the healthcare facility that created it; no patient data is shared across facilities, and data segregation is enforced at the database level on every query.

For HIPAA-related enquiries or to report a suspected data breach, please also notify your facility's designated Privacy Officer. Full detail of our safeguards, subcontractor commitments, and breach notification obligations is set out on our HIPAA Compliance page.

We maintain physical, administrative, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, and alteration. These include encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, secure credential storage, audit logging, and confidentiality obligations binding our employees and contractors.

No system can guarantee absolute security. While we apply industry-standard safeguards, we cannot guarantee that this website will be free from interruption, error, or unauthorized access at all times.

This website is intended for healthcare professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18 through this website. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact sales@woundiq.ai and we will delete it.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify affected parties by email. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
